Personal Summary

I am a STEM nerd, video/audio enthusiast, and traveller who is currently studying biology at Reed College after three years traveling with THINK Global School.

My dream is to make documentaries about life on earth (or beyond it), learn more about how microbes do what they do (especially in extreme environments), and inspire people to look at the world around them in a different way.

I love science and movies, so it naturally follows that I also love movies about science. In the future, I see myself diving deeply into the study of extremophilic microbes and probing the limits and origins of life in graduate school, while working to communicate my research and that of others with the general public.
